Mental Health Consulting Services - Support Groups 1 hr 1/2 session - 8 Weeks

Mental wellness consultants help people develop skills to help them overcome obstacles they may be facing. They also provide a fresh perspective to help their clients reframe thinking patterns, better manage emotions, and address problems more effectively.

Groups - $32.00/session for 8 weeks

The support groups are all closed groups which means we will meet on the same day of the week at the same time. Once we have selected at least 7 no more than 10 members, we will begin our journey of discovery. These groups will meet for 8 consecutive weeks @ 1 hour 1/2 each session. Join us! 1. Home Away from Home - Anxiety Support Group

"Home Away from Home" is a support group for those who have moved away from family and friends due to work, military obligations or unforeseen circumstances. We meet virtually to share, encourage and empower, one another through personal experiences and new findings. 

2. Challenge to Grow - Anxiety and Depression Support Group

Tired of doing the same things over and over again and getting the same results? Procrastinating and not sure why? If this sounds like you, the "Challenge to Grow" Support Group is the group for you! We will set small weekly challenges and celebrate the progress. We will encourage and motivate, listen to other people's stories and grow from their wisdom and knowledge.  This group is only for those who are ready for the growth process to begin!

3.  Gratitude and Inspiration - Support Group 

Life is full of ups and downs. Don't give up hope! Examine the lessons that life is providing. The "Gratitude and Inspiration" Support Group is for those who are looking for that positive inspiration, welcomes affirmations and need a little reminder of the things that are all around us that we can be thankful for.  We will support one another in the journey of moving forward, celebrate you on great accomplishments and have a great time doing it! Support your fellow neighbor and it will shine a light of gratitude on you!
